Coaching provides the opportunity to have a partner who will support you through your journey towards growth. As a life coach, I give my clients the support and tools they need to set goals and then to stay motivated to achieve those goals. It is different from therapy because life coaches do not usually give advice or diagnosis because coaches believe that everyone has the ability to make their own healthy life choices as long as they have someone objective in their lives who will support them in tapping into the answers within them, their intuition.
